We offer a refund guarantee solely based on performance.
If the perfume’s longevity or projection does not meet the expected level, you may request a refund or choose another scent.


2. Eligibility for Refund

To qualify for a refund, all of the following conditions must be met:
• The perfume must be in its original condition, free from any damage or misuse.
• The external packaging must be included.
• Opening the bottle for testing purposes is permitted.
• Refund requests must be submitted within 3 days of receiving your order.
• Refunds will not be issued due to personal dislike of the scent.


3. Exchange Policy
• No exchanges are permitted for any reason.
All orders are considered final, and exchanges are not accepted under any circumstances.
